Explore 200+ handpicked tools curated for creativity, productivity, and personal projects. Discover apps used by top creators to spark ideas, boost focus, and streamline your workflow

Overview

Bookmarked is a personal bookmarking tool inspired by Save to Notion. It features a web interface and a Telegram bot as clients, enabling users to save tweets and threads simply by forwarding URLs. The backend retrieves content from Twitter using web scraping.

Why I built this

I kept losing great links in DMs, screenshots, and “save for later” folders. So I started to curate the tools into my notion database and by the time I realsied, the database had more than 200+ tools. And thats when i realsied, I should display this in public to help others who have suffered the same fate. So I created Toolsama. I wanted a dead-simple place to:

  • stash only the keepers,
  • scan by tags (design, writing, AI, dev, research, etc.),
  • and jump out to the tool in one click.

What’s inside

I kept losing great links in DMs, screenshots, and “save for later” folders. So I started to curate the tools into my notion database and by the time I realsied, the database had more than 200+ tools. And thats when i realsied, I should display this in public to help others who have suffered the same fate. So I created Toolsama. I wanted a dead-simple place to:

  • Curated picks: distilled entries with a clear description and a direct “visit” action.
  • Tag search: start typing a tag and watch the pill list narrow instantly. Click a tag to filter the grid.
  • Pricing at a glance: little chips like “Free”, “Freemium”, “Paid” so you don’t waste time.
  • Submit a tool: found something great? Pop open a tiny form, drop the link, done.

Have a tool that saves you hours?

Hit Submit Tool in the nav, drop the name + link, and I’ll review it. I value:

  • clear purpose (what job does it do?),
  • real utility (has it actually helped you ship?),
  • Pricing at a glance: little chips like “Free”, “Freemium”, “Paid” so you don’t waste time.
  • honest pricing.

Future Exapnsions

After a 6-month pause, I’ve revived Toolsama and restyled the site for better readability with a simple UI. Next, I’ll add richer content and more high-quality tools and apps. The goal is to help people focus on their work—not waste time browsing the internet to find the right tool.
